We are proud to be the EU's premier supplier of pilot shirts and accessories. We guarantee that all fees and duties are covered so that customers can be certain of pricing at checkout.
Duties
Please be aware that we may have to charge a 12.5% duties on orders over €170
Refunds (Taxes and Duties)
We cover all taxes and duties on import into the EU. Due to recent legislation, we cannot claim back the taxes paid on larger orders. For this reason, we cannot refund the taxes and duties paid on orders with a total value over €170 (or equivalent amount in another EU currency). This also applies to exchanges.
You can, of course, be refunded for the rest of the value of the order (excluding shipping). Normal refund policies apply for orders up to €170.
If you are testing sizes or trying our shirts for the first time we recommend:
- Placing one or more orders under €170 to test sizing or styles
- Returning any items that don’t fit or suit you
- Making a larger follow-up order once you're confident about sizing
Delivery
Orders are shipped on a tracked service and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, though this may vary depending on your location (Europe is big!) and local customs clearance.
Please do not order to a location for which you are very time limited, as orders can be delayed.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for EU customers. Simply return the items and place a new order for the replacements you need.
